The 69th Cannes Film Festival came to an end after 12 days of film screening, celebrity watching and red carpet wowing in the small town of Cannes on the French Riviera.

 

The spring festival celebrates the world’s best films and provides an opportunity for smaller countries to compete on the international scene with the Palme d’Or being the highest prize awarded.
